Allow categories in Help Center to include images

I don’t know if this is possible but is there an ability to customize the list of categories in a Help Center to include images?

Sort articles by number of views

I would like for our knowledge base articles to automatically sort by number of views with the articles with most views appearing first, with least viewed at the bottom. Is there a way to do this n...
