That is a great question.
Although it’s not possible within Zendesk at the moment, it is possible to add images to your Help Center to represent categories or sections (or anything else for that matter) using the
{{asset}}helper or the Images plugin.I had the same question and this is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you.
